Rusty Parker made his yearly trip to Abbeville High School Monday morning, August 18 to talk with the 2009 Senior Class.  Mr. Parker informed the seniors about the graduation announcements available along with the other senior memorabilia available for purchase.  Each senior received a packet containing the order form to order graduation announcements and other graduation supplies.  Mr. Parker will return Friday, September 12 at 7:30 AM to take orders from the senior class.  Orders placed after this date will be charged a late fee as all supplies ordered after Friday, September 12 will be shipped directly to the student's home address.

Each student placing an order on September 12 will need to pay at least $80 toward their total purchase if the order is more than $80.  If the total order is less than $80, then the order must be paid in full.  Students may choose to pay each month to reduce the amount of money that will be due when the graduation announcements are delivered to the school in March 2009.  Please be careful when filling out the order form so that all names will be spelled correctly on the name cards.

The absolute last day to place a late order is January 22, 2009.  No orders will be filled after this cutoff date.

Senior portrait proofs will be delivered Wednesday, Septermber 3 at Abbeville High School.  Senior portraits will be ordered on Thursday, September 11.  Unfortunately, this is the day before graduation supplies will be ordered.  SAVE UP!!!
